
Online Lacrosse Specific Training Program
Devoe Human Performance is announcing a new online training program for Men's and Women's Lacrosse.This Program will offer you the ability to get a customize workout, video of exercises and drills, speed/agility/conditioning plan, nutrition plan, and lacrosse specific position drills along with iChat or Skype access to me personally.
How does the online training program work?
When you sign up and join the program you and I personally walk through what your goals are and I design a program specific to you! When you join the program we will walk through and create a workout, speed and conditioning plan, nutrition plan and drills specifically for you. Every two weeks we will iChat or Skype to adjust the program.
Do I need equipment or gym membership?
If you do not have a gym membership you do not need one, we can set up a program that does not need a gym. You may need some equipment like a set of dumbbells or medicine balls which are easy to get. Some programs may not need any equipment at all.
If you do have a gym membership we can create a program for you to take to your fitness facility to train with.
In-Season Training
Once the season starts we will provide In Season training to make sure that you can stay in peak shape, stay flexible, and reduce injury.
iChat/Skype Access
In order to make sure you are keeping on target we will talk via iChat or Skype every two weeks.
Video of Drills
To ensure proper form we provide video of the workouts that you can access 24/7 and save right to your hard drive.
This innovative program gives you access to the training that Devoe Human Performance does everyday with their players.
Devoe Human Performance only trains Lacrosse Players.
