My son just participated in the 5 week lacrosse conditioning program you ran for Plano West. I wanted to thank you for the experience he had. My son said it was hard work and he really enjoyed it!

I think your attitude with the players made this a very positive experience. I believe instruction was given in a way which demonstrated that you valued and respected my son. We appreciate this greatly and look forward to you working with the team this fall.

Thank you very much,

Elena - Plano West Lacrosse

Rashad and his team are the competitive edge that every coach is always looking for.  The mechanics of BASIC movements and strength moves are magic as the players learn them in fun and interesting drills and exercises.
Drills and exercises that can easily be adapted to everyday warmup and skill sessions with your team. This is not a re-hash of some strength coaches book on football training.

Rashad has intimate knowledge of the lacrosse specific athletic requirements (gained by the way in working with some of he best college and pro lacrosse players currently in the game).  He has developed a series of activities that target and enhance the lacrosse specific areas of athletic performance.  They can't help but improve your players or better
yet your entire team to be exposed to some of his techniques and ideas. We're glad we did and have already noticed a difference in the team as a whole as a result.  This is not a season long change process---it is NEXT
WEEK that you start seeing positive changes.  We will be glad to talk to any
coach looking into this program."

Reports back from the parents have been very positive about the program, as I expected, there were many players/parents who did not sign up who now wish they had been able to do so. Needless to say, we as coaches are going to discuss having you work with our team on a regular basis.

" As a Varsity Lacrosse player who has been to twenty Lacrosse camps and clinics in the past three years this was the only one that taught me how to run.  As an Attackman who has seen and felt how fast Defenseman have become this clinic was important in improving my speed and how to use my speed smarter. The exercises taught are ones I perform twenty minutes before my practice sessions or games as warm ups. It's the first time I have walked out of a clinic and could feel the burn in my muscles. If your looking for that first quick step and endurance speed then the Devoe Speed Clinic is the one."
Thanks Again,

My son, attended one of your speed training session when you visited Rochester several weeks ago. I told you then that I had learned a few things at the training session but I am happy and quite shocked to report the results to you.

My son has always had average speed but this year when his Lacrosse practices started he remembered what you showed him and he is now winning every sprint. During drills his increased speed and improved agility is causing defenseman to overplay him and opening clear shots on goal when he cuts back. The next rotation of the drill he gets underplayed because they remember the cut back and he blows by them for open running shots at the low off hand corner that the goalies are not able to stop.

His confidence in his game has grown to point where he is displaying leadership traits never shown previously. So much so that his coaches have asked him to be a mentor to the less skilled players on the team. He is enjoying that roll.

Please let me know when you will be in town again so he can train with you again.
