Coaching Mentorship Programs
These programs are for coaches, trainers, athletes, and parents. The purpose is to provide a learning experience to help you learn how to coach your athlete for speed and agility. This mentorship is not a certification; it is an educational and training experience. The training principles you will learn are the exact principles that we use at Devoe Human Performance everyday. You will learn at your own pace. While you are learning you will become familiar with how to train athletes for speed/agility and learn how to add it to your practices or training regimen. You will learn, sweat, laugh, play, eat, and train with the Devoe Human Performance Staff. It is truly a unique private or semiprivate learning experience that focuses on the application of simple but very effective training principles.

One-Day Mentorship— Home $600.00

One-Day Program is a 4-5 hour program that familiarizes the attendee with the basic training approach used at Devoe Human Performance. The attendee will discuss the training principles of Straight Ahead Speed and Lateral Agility. Once the attendee fully understands basic model, the basic model will be demonstrated in practical discussion. Following the practical discussion, the attendee will then shadow a Devoe Human Performance during a training session. This training session will use either the attendee’s athlete or one of the Devoe Human Performance Athletes. The attendee will learn how to train large groups as well as the individual. The one-day mentorship culminates with a review of the day. During the review the attendee will have all final questions answered and concerns addressed. The review also gives the Devoe Human Performance staff member an opportunity to question the attendee to make sure that the basic points of the mentorship have been fully understood.

Two-Day Mentorship – Home $1,000.00

DAY 2
Day 2 Is a 4 hour program that familiarizes the attendee with the efficacy of balance training and Bodyweight training from the inside out. Special emphasis will be given to rotation and stabilization training. The attendee will learn and understand the multiplanar nature of lacrosse and how it affects speed/agility.
