Devoe to You Training Program

Usually I have a long thought out sales letter to get you to see the need of one of my programs, well not for this one.
I am just going to come out with it and if you want to see the results then you will get this program.
About 5 years ago I made my name traveling the country doing clinics and teaching speed and agility. After speaking at the US Lacrosse Convention and talking to all the people there I began to miss the interaction with coaches and athletes from other areas, so I decided to get back to traveling.
But this time the program is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT
What is Devoe to You?
My Staff and I will spend 3 days with you, your staff, and your teams/programs. If you are a program that has numerous teams such has youth through high school we will work with 2 of those teams. There will be an added fee for more than 2 teams.
Day 1 - We spend with the coaches doing a 3 hour "Lunch Box" Training
In these sessions we will talk about Movement Based Games, how to add speed/agility into practice and drills, how to Pre-Season condition and In-Season condition your teams, "Our" Weight Training Philosophy, Sports Axiology and the coaching mindset.
*Option - Many times the “Host” team sends out info about this program to local
club/teams coaches and charges a fee for them to attend.
Day 2 - 2hr training with your team that will include dynamic warm-up/straight ahead speed,
agility, stick skills, position specific training, and games.
30 min – 1hr Lunch Box on Nutrition/Strength Training with your team.
Day 3 - Another 2hr training that will expand on the training from Day 2
If you have not had a chance to see how innovative our programs are you will be in for a surprise. Everything we do includes a stick and a ball, passing and catching it is completely lacrosse specific. I can truly say this program will help you, your team, and your athletes tremendously.
We have run this program with major college programs and the coaches and players have loved the results.
The cost of this program is $2500 (extra fee added if more than 2 teams)
